How SevaWin works

Know the details before you enter.

Here is the journey from choosing tickets to checking a result.

Closing and draw times are shown in UK time (GMT or BST).

  1. Before you enter

    Check that you meet the age and location requirements.

    Read the rules for the specific draw, including its price, closing time and prize schedule.

    Who can enter

  2. Choose and review

    Choose a ticket quantity, then check the total and the draw. You can change your choice before you pay.

    Buying more tickets increases your spend. Never spend more than you are comfortable losing.

  3. Pay and receive confirmation

    Follow the payment steps shown at checkout.

    Your entry is valid only when payment and the ticket allocation are confirmed. We show the outcome in your account and send the confirmation.

  4. Check the result

    The published result identifies the draw and the winning ticket references. Your account shows the status of your own tickets.

    If further verification is needed for a prize, we explain the next step privately.

If something changes

Draw changes, cancellations, payment issues and refunds follow the published rules. We show the status in your account and provide a way to contact us.
